  1. Pelvis Hip complex Zone 1
  2. Knees Zone 8 a connecting link
  3. Zone 9

The knees and pelvis hip complex are exposed to improper techniques, resulting in zone 9 needing treatment. Sprains and strains often occur around the knees and ankles. Collisions can cause a range of injuries and can be treated before overuse.
